1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BAYE Record Keeping Hub (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Our service provides a cloud-based record-keeping platform designed to help MSMEs in the agricultural sector manage their finances. The Service is provided "as is" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own data and communications and are responsible for the consequences of their entry. You must not, and by using this Service you agree not to, do the following things: post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner; post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.

4. Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be determined by arbitration in Kenya.
